PRINCIPAL AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Robert J. Rittenhouse is a Principal and Development Director of Aegis Property Group with responsibilities for the company’s Development Management activities.  Bob offers specialized expertise managing real estate development projects with complex technical or financial requirements.  Recent projects include:

• Lockheed Martin's US101A $45 million Helicopter Manufacturing Facility in Owego, NY
• The Mann Center for The Performing Arts $14.2 million Capital Improvement Program
• Towers Perrin's 200,000 s.f. call center in Cherry Hill, NJ
• High security office building developments and expansions for Lockheed Martin in Moorestown, NJ, Valley Forge, PA and Chantilly, VA

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Bob was program manager for General Electric’s Real Estate and Construction Operation where he directed a diversified mix of project types including the $120 million for GE Aerospace development in Camden, New Jersey. He was also construction engineer with U.S. Steel for an $80 million manufacturing facility.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
