ASSOCIATE PARTNER

Michael H. McLane is an Associate Partner with Aegis Property Group, concentrating on preconstruction and construction related activities. His current assignments include preconstruction and planning for improvements to The Evergreens, a continuing care retirement community, located in Moorestown, NJ; the replacement and expansion of the Villanova University Law School in Villanova, PA; and The Baldwin School’s New Athletic Facility, a 47,000 square foot building having a pool, squash courts, a gym and fitness center.

Past assignments include design and preconstruction planning and support for the Fulton County Medical Center, a 106,000 square foot replacement hospital and long-term care facility in south central PA; 200,000 square foot office into a data/call center for Towers Perrin in Cherry Hill, NJ; 167,000 square feet of interior renovations for the law firm of Schnader, Harrison, Segal & Lewis in Philadelphia, PA, as well as Stonegate II, the expansion of Lockheed Martin’s Integrated Systems & Global Solutions Facility, a six-story secure office building and theater in Chantilly, VA.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Michael was a Project Engineer at Barclay White Skanska, where his experience included project management of new office buildings and renovations of hospital, pharmaceutical and industrial facilities.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Bucknell University and a Masters of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.
