DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Meghan S. Madeira is a Development Manager of Aegis Property Group. She has concentrated on preconstruction and construction related activities. Meghan is currently Development Manager for several projects for Princeton University including 701 Carnegie Center, a 120,000 s.f. new building and fitout and ReCAP Storage Module-5, the fifth of eleven modules within ReCAP’s high density, environmentally-controlled shelving facility. Meghan is also Development Manager for The Barnes Foundation’s New Art Education Center located on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philadelphia.
Meghan recently completed her role as Development Manager for the phased renovations to the interior of the Union League, the Centre Square Lobby Improvements and tenant improvements for the Berwind Corporation. Additional past assignments include design and preconstruction planning for Rosemont School of the Holy Child and The Wagner Free Institute of Science and management of the construction of several projects at Amtrak’s 30th Street Station in Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Aegis Property Group in 2005, Meghan was Project Engineer at Turner Construction Company for seven years. She was responsible for the project management of several projects including two significant corporate office improvements involving call centers, data centers and a financial trading floor. Meghan also managed the construction of a new K-8 school building and a chemical laboratory facility.
Meghan is a graduate of Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, where she received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. She also received her Masters in Business Administration at Villanova University.
