LEASING ASSOCIATE

Kim M. Harris, Leasing Associate of Aegis Property Group, has primary responsibilities for support of the Transaction Management Services Group and management of marketing initiatives.

Kim joined Aegis Property Group in 1991 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the years with Aegis Property Group, her duties have evolved from managing the office and administrative matters for Aegis, to her current position of Leasing Associate. Kim’s current leasing duties focus on Landlord Agency assignments in Pennsylvania, specifically in Bucks County (Lower Makefield Corporate Center and One Summit Square), as well as providing support to James A. Kinzig and assisting in the firm’s marketing activities.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group in 1991, Kim held the positions of Construction Coordinator and Space Planner for Development East Associates in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Major projects included retail shopping centers throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and space planning for the 555,000 s.f. Horizon Corporate Center office complex in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey.

Kim’s schooling has included coursework at Northeast Missouri State University, Penn State University and Thomas Edison State College. She is a licensed real estate salesperson in Pennsylvania.
