PRINCIPAL AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

James L. Price is a Principal and Development Director of Aegis Property Group. He is responsible for all development management functions. Most recently, Jim has represented Amtrak in the planning and development of a $50 million garage and a $200 million class A office tower at 30th Street Station. He leads the planning of five major projects for senior living communities, Medford Leas, Morris Hall, The Evergreens, Whitney Center and Westminster Manor. Other significant clients include The Diocese of Trenton, St. Lawrence Rehabilitation Center, Presbyterian Homes & Services and SERV Behavioral Health Systems.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Jim was employed by Gerald D. Hines Interests and was responsible for the performance of the design and construction professionals in the $80 million renovation of Amtrak’s 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. In addition, he managed tenant construction on the $100 million corporate office development for Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, New Jersey. Jim also held positions of Project Superintendent, Project Manager and Cost/Scheduling Engineer during his eight year tenure at the Turner Construction Company.

Jim graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a B.A. in Physics and received a Bachelor of Science/Engineering - Civil and Urban Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University and serves on the Board of Penjerdel, a tri-state regional planning council.
