PRESIDENT

James A. Kinzig is President of Aegis Property Group. He joined the firm in 1985. Jim has concentrated on site acquisition, leasing and development activities. He has represented both investment partnerships and clients in the structuring of development transactions, leases and a variety of other real estate transactions both with the public and private sector. His experience includes development of State Street Square, a landmark complex developed by Aegis Property Group in Trenton, NJ, and Camden Aerospace Center, a fully leased 575,000 s.f. project developed for General Electric Company in conjunction with New Jersey Economic Development Authority. Jim also managed the development and leasing of two new buildings totaling 270,000 s.f. in Princeton Forrestal Center, and structured for Amtrak the Ground Lease for leasing and development of their 1,500 car garage and the 727,000 s.f. Cira Centre developed by Brandywine Realty Trust on land licensed from Amtrak. He became a principal in the firm in 1989 and succeeded to president in February of 2001.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Jim was at CoreStates - The Philadelphia National Bank for eleven years where his career included experience with international and multinational lending groups as well as strategic planning and marketing for the bank’s wholesale banking activities.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where he received a B.A. in Economics. He also received a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and studied at the London School of Economics.
