COMPTROLLER

David J. DiFilippo is Comptroller of Aegis Property Group and is responsible for corporate financial reporting and administration; which includes financial analysis, database design and cost reporting support to all of the company’s assignments. His other responsibilities include setting up customizable databases for each project, tracking and reporting of budgets, commitments and invoices, running customized reports and tracking all project data in one central reporting location.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, David was a Senior Auditor of Real Estate and Construction Operations at the General Electric Company. During his ten years of employment by GE, David also held positions as a financial analyst, project accountant and site finance specialist.

David holds a BBA degree from Temple University where he majored in Accounting.
