Daniel J. Collins, AIA, is Associate Partner of Aegis Property Group. His responsibilities include developing new business initiatives and having direct responsibility for the development team on various projects. Daniel has significant leadership experience in the educational market sector and is a leader in Aegis’ growth in the senior living market where he is currently working on the development of four major projects valued at over $300,000,000 for the Continuing Care Retirement Communities; Whitney Center, Morris Hall-Rosecliff, The Evergreens, Riverview and Westminster Manor. Daniel was also responsible for a number of projects for the New Jersey Schools, including 14 schools in the Camden School District, with a total project cost of $200 million.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Daniel was a Senior Associate at Hillier’s Philadelphia office. During his eight years of employment by Hillier, he completed corporate projects for firms including Capital One, Covance, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, the Vanguard Group and Wilmington Trust; and educational projects for Villanova University, and Arcadia University, Neumann College, and Goucher College.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Mississippi State University, is a member of the American Institute of Architects, and has served as a board member to a variety of non-profit organizations.
