DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Carl D. Freedman, is a Development Manager of Aegis Property Group. His responsibilities include concentration on preconstruction and construction services. Carl’s current assignments include Whitney Center, The Pennsylvania Convention Center Expansion and The Union League. He was responsible for design management of primary and secondary school projects for the New Jersey Schools Construction Corporation for the City of Camden School District with total project costs in excess of $200 million.
Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Carl was a Project Executive at Stuart G. Rosenberg, Architects, P.C. He also held the titles of Senior Project Manager at Nave, Newell & Stampfl, Ltd and Design/Build Manager at P.J. Dick, Inc. Carl has participated in a variety of projects from an architectural, contracting and design/build perspective, including representative projects in the Residential, Healthcare, Educational, Interiors, Institutional and Commercial arenas.
Carl holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Carnegie-Mellon University, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. For the past 20 years, he has been an Arbitrator with the American Arbitration Association as a member of the Construction Panel. Carl’s cases have involved the arbitration of delay claims, multi-prime contract disputes, contractual issues, scope of services and other types of dispute resolution. He has also been certified as an Expert Witness in Montgomery County, PA.
