DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Catherine M. Cantlin is a Development Manager of Aegis Property Group. She has 13 years experience in project management, construction management, preconstruction and project design. Catherine’s current assignments include Blessed Teresa of Calcutta, Moorestown Friends Schoo, Chestnut Hill Academy New Science Facility and Rosemont School of the Holy Child.

Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Catherine was Project Manager at W.S. Cumby & Son, Inc. where she was responsible for the construction of the headquarters for Dansko, Inc. She also worked for Turner Construction Company where she was Senior Project Engineer and Lead Estimator. Catherine was responsible for several projects including The Murano, Gwynedd Mercy College Dorms, Lafayette College Sullivan Road Dorms and Parking Garage, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, St. Luke’s Hospital, ICP, SCA Cira Centre Fitout, Berks County Community Center (LEED), and Philadelphia School District Headquarters Core and Shell conversion and Office Fitout.

Catherine is a graduate of Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture. She also received her Master of Architecture at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Catherine is a licensed architect in Pennsylvania, is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.
