DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Anthony Elm is a Development Manager for Aegis Property Group. He concentrates on preconstruction and construction phase activities but is also active in the planning and design phases. Tony is currently closing out the construction of a replacement hospital and long term care facility for the Fulton County Medical Center and is in the early development stages of a new Patient Services and Administration Building on the Medical Center campus. Tony is also managing a mulit-phased Lab renovation project at The Coriell Institute for Medical Reasearch, as well as ongoing phases of Capital Improvement work at the Mann Center for The Performing Arts.
Completed projects include a recent large-scale Capital Improvement Project at The Mann Center for The Performing Arts, Amtrak’s Bridge and Road Improvements at 30th Street Station related to the Cira Centre Project, and site development for The Montgomery County Public Safety & Educational Training Facility. Tony also provides general preconstruction support, preparing development budgets and construction cost estimates across a variety of Aegis Property Group assignments.
Prior to joining Aegis Property Group, Tony was at Skanska USA for 6 years where his career included experience in cost estimating and preconstruction services as well as on-site project management. Past projects have included low and mid-rise building construction, Hospital upgrades, and Pharmaceutical production facilities.
Tony is a graduate of Drexel University, where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering.
